The Problem
Sales reps working blind: no prioritization by purchase probability, no inventory awareness when prioritizing leads, and no alerts on repurchase cadence — missing obvious opportunities every month.
The Solution
Daily ML pipeline generating score_base + fit_vendedor + score_final weighted by current inventory. RAG with GPT-4 over customer history generates actionable recommendations in natural language. FastAPI backend with JWT (Argon2id, 15min access + 7d refresh via httpOnly cookies), per-endpoint RBAC and URL-based tenancy. React 18 + Vite + TanStack Query frontend.

Production multi-tenant platform delivering AI-prioritized recommendations — sales reps receive optimized lists combining fit + recurrence + inventory, with XLSX export for field operations.
